Members’ Club T&Cs
You can sign up for our exclusive Members’ Club for as long as you like – there’s no minimum or maximum term.
You’ll need to select your fabulous flavours ten working days in advance of your next delivery.
It’s unlikely you will, but if you want to cancel your order at any time, simply send us an email ten working days before your next delivery.
And don’t forget, you can sign up again any time you like, to receive fresh and delicious biltong and droewors delivered right to your door.
If you select a mix of products in one transaction, we’ll ship your order when all the items are available to send together (unless you ask us otherwise, of course). Shipping items separately may mean extra delivery charges.
In the unlikely event of there being any problems with your order, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know.
We use PayPal to secure card payments. You can either use your card directly or your PayPal account, if you have one. Either way, you can be assured you’re fully protected.
We don’t store credit card details or share any details with third parties.
From time to time, we may use other payment providers or systems.
Goods remain the property of Veld Limited until payment is received and no contract exists between you and Veld limited until your order is despatched.
If you change your mind, you have up to 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order or any part of it. If you cancel your entire order, we’ll fully refund any payment made towards that order, including postage. If you cancel a part of your order, we’ll refund the cost of those items and the difference in postage between the full and amended order.
We’ll complete all refunds within 30 days of cancellation.
If you’re cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, you’re responsible for paying for return postage. If you’re cancelling because of a problem with your order, we’ll refund the cost of return postage.
