Our succulent, 21-day-aged British beef is left to infuse overnight in a thick, delectable marinade of chillies, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and spices. Then it’s dried and prepared with lashings of coriander, pepper, chillies, paprika, salt and thyme, for the ultimate hot and tasty biltong experience.
